Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Introduction

1.1 This Refund and Withdrawal Policy (the “Policy”) explains how refunds and statutory withdrawal rights apply when you purchase eSIM-related digital products and services from CoinFortCap OÜ via https://esim2get.com/ (the “Website”). This Policy forms part of your Contract with us and must be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Nothing in this Policy limits, excludes, or otherwise affects any mandatory rights and remedies you may have under the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union consumer law, including mandatory remedies where digital content or digital services are not in conformity with the Contract.

2. Company Details and Contact

2.1 The seller and service provider is CoinFortCap OÜ, registry code 14898743, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Vesivärava tn 50-301, 10152, Estonia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2.2 To request a refund or submit a withdrawal notice, contact us at info@esim2get.com.

3. Definitions

3.1 In this Policy.

3.1.1 “Consumer” means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

3.1.2 “Business Customer” means any customer who is not a Consumer.

3.1.3 “eSIM” means an embedded SIM profile provided digitally for installation on a compatible device.

3.1.4 “Installation Details” means the information required to install an eSIM, such as a QR code and/or SM-DP+ address and activation code.

3.1.5 “Data Package” means a digital package that provides access to mobile data services for a defined allowance, territory, and validity period as described at purchase.

3.1.6 “Digital Content” includes the eSIM profile and the Installation Details.

3.1.7 “Digital Service” includes the provision of access to mobile data connectivity associated with a Data Package.

3.1.8 “Supply” means the moment the Digital Content and/or Digital Service is first made available to you, including when Installation Details are delivered to you or made available in your account, and/or when the Data Package is assigned and made usable.

3.1.9 “Immediate Supply” means Supply that starts without delay after payment, typically by provisioning the eSIM and providing Installation Details as soon as the Order is paid.

3.1.10 “Withdrawal” means a Consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days where applicable, subject to statutory exceptions for digital content and digital services.

4. No Guaranteed Change of Mind Refunds

4.1 We do not provide guaranteed refunds simply because a customer changed their mind.

4.2 We may, at our discretion, provide refunds as a gesture of goodwill, taking into account the customer’s circumstances and the status and use of the eSIM and Data Package.

4.3 A goodwill refund is voluntary and does not create a legal entitlement to a refund in every case.

5. Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal for Consumers

5.1 If you are a Consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day Withdrawal right for distance contracts, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

5.2 The Withdrawal period, where it applies, generally starts from the day the Contract is concluded.

5.3 To exercise Withdrawal where it applies, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw before the Withdrawal period expires.

6. Immediate Supply Checkbox and Loss of the Statutory Withdrawal Right

6.1 Because eSIM products are supplied digitally and are commonly provisioned immediately after payment, we offer Immediate Supply.

6.2 If, at checkout, you tick the checkbox (or take an equivalent affirmative action) confirming both of the following.

6.2.1 You expressly request Immediate Supply of the Digital Content and/or Digital Service.

6.2.2 You acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day Withdrawal right once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6.3 If you provided the confirmation in Section 6.2 and Supply begins immediately after payment, the statutory 14-day Withdrawal right will not apply to that Order to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6.4 For clarity, for our eSIM products, performance and Supply begin when we make the Installation Details available to you and/or when the Data Package is assigned and made usable.

6.5 Loss of the statutory Withdrawal right under this Section 6 does not affect any mandatory rights you may have if the Digital Content or Digital Service is not in conformity with the Contract.

7. Goodwill Refunds

7.1 We may offer goodwill refunds as full or partial, or we may refuse a goodwill refund request, depending on the circumstances.

7.2 When deciding whether to approve a goodwill refund, we may consider factors including.

7.2.1 Whether Supply has already begun and whether the Installation Details were made available.

7.2.2 Whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used, and whether any data has been consumed.

7.2.3 Whether third-party provisioning or connectivity costs have been incurred and cannot be recovered.

7.2.4 The time elapsed since purchase and the validity status of the Data Package.

7.2.5 Whether the request appears fraudulent, abusive, or involves misuse.

7.3 A goodwill refund may be offered even where the statutory Withdrawal right has been lost under Section 6, but it remains entirely at our discretion.

8. Non-Conformity, Defects, and Mandatory Consumer Remedies

8.1 If you are a Consumer and the Digital Content or Digital Service is not in conformity with the Contract, you have mandatory rights under applicable Estonian and EU law.

8.2 Depending on the circumstances and legal conditions, mandatory remedies may include bringing the Digital Content or Digital Service into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the Contract and reimbursement.

8.3 To assess and resolve a non-conformity issue, we may request reasonable information, including.

8.3.1 Device model and operating system version.

8.3.2 The country where you attempted to use the eSIM.

8.3.3 Screenshots or error messages.

8.3.4 The installation steps you followed and the time you attempted activation.

8.4 You agree to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting requests, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

9. How to Request a Refund or Submit a Withdrawal Notice

9.1 To request a goodwill refund, email info@esim2get.com and include.

9.1.1 The email address used for the Order.

9.1.2 The order number or other purchase reference.

9.1.3 A statement that you are requesting a refund.

9.2 You are not required to provide a reason, but if you share relevant circumstances, it may help us consider your request.

9.3 To exercise a statutory Withdrawal right where it applies, your message must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the Contract, and it must be sent before the Withdrawal period expires.

10. Refund Method and Timing

10.1 If we approve a goodwill refund, or if reimbursement is due under mandatory law, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the transaction unless we agree otherwise.

10.2 For statutory Withdrawal cases where Withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made in accordance with applicable law.

10.3 Processing times after we issue a refund may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

10.4 We may request reasonable verification to prevent fraud, especially if the payment method is no longer available or if there are inconsistencies in the Order details.

11. Chargebacks, Fraud, and Abuse

11.1 If you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact us immediately at info@esim2get.com.

11.2 If you initiate a chargeback while a refund request or non-conformity review is in progress, we may suspend handling of the request until the payment dispute is resolved.

11.3 We may refuse a goodwill refund request if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, abusive, or involves misuse, provided this does not affect mandatory Consumer rights.

12. Business Customers

12.1 Statutory Consumer Withdrawal rights do not apply to Business Customers.

12.2 Business Customers may request refunds, and we may provide goodwill refunds at our discretion.

13. Changes to This Policy

13.1 We may update this Policy from time to time.

13.2 The version in force at the time you place your Order applies to that Order, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you and does not reduce your mandatory rights.
